Qliro, one of the Nordics’ biggest names, wanted to cut down on friction and tie the journey together: from B2B pages and checkout to the app and developer portal, so merchants and customers get the same smooth experience all the way through.

This wasn’t about a quick fix. It was about building a digital ecosystem where every part works seamlessly together. We partnered with Qliro to modernize the systems and bring them into a solution that makes everyday work easier and keeps running smoothly even when shoppers rush in for seasonal sales.

We started by spotting the friction points. Merchants needed faster ways to get to the right information. Developers wanted a clear path into Qliro’s APIs. And customers expected the app and website to feel like one service, wherever they logged in.

The design team dug deep with research and stakeholder talks, then created interactive prototypes that showed how the B2B pages could be simpler and more enjoyable to use. This work led to a new structure that made the pages clearer and easier to navigate. We also built a brand-new developer portal designed to guide developers step by step, with a reference guide that keeps integrations clear and simple.

At the same time, we rebranded the app and website in React Native, which gave better code sharing and a more unified feel. We also rolled out a new SDK that speeds up checkout, and an updated BankID login for extra peace of mind. Everything was built hand in hand with Qliro, so the results not only reflected their brand but also felt natural in everyday use.

We worked closely with Qliro, in fast iterations that kept things moving. Designers, developers, and Qliro’s own teams built, tested, and improved step by step. The design team created wireframes, prototypes, and visual concepts based on insights from users and stakeholders. Developers made sure everything held up in practice, so the design didn’t just look good but actually worked day to day.

That way, we got fast feedback on what worked and could adjust right away. The result was solutions that are as stable at the core as they feel simple on the surface.

Today, merchants get reliable systems that hold up under pressure. Developers get a portal that genuinely makes the job easier, with clear guides and an SDK that saves time. And for customers, the difference is immediate: the app and website feel like one, and shopping feels smoother and more secure.
