We only collect the information necessary to provide a good experience and handle your request.
This may include:
• Contact details (such as name, email address, and phone number)
• Information you choose to provide in a form or CV – for example links to your LinkedIn profile, portfolio, GitHub, or personal website
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited through cookies and analytics tools
We process data in order to:
• Respond to contact requests and client inquiries
• Manage job applications and recruitment processes
• Improve our website’s functionality and content through anonymised statistics
We do not use your information for other purposes without first obtaining your consent.
• Legitimate interest: when you contact us for business purposes, such as to discuss a collaboration or request a quote.
• Consent: when you submit a job application or accept cookies for analytics.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for each purpose:
• Contact requests: up to 12 months, to allow follow-up and communication.
• Job applications: managed through our recruitment platform Teamtailor and stored for up to 6 months after submission. When the period ends, you automatically receive an email where you can choose to extend or delete your information.
• Analytics and cookie data: stored according to each provider’s policy (typically up to 26 months).
We work with service providers who help us operate and analyse our website, such as Google (Analytics and Tag Manager).
We also use Teamtailor to manage job applications. These providers process data on behalf of Swace Digital under data-processing agreements.
Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. When that happens, we rely on the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure an adequate level of protection.
We use cookies to ensure that our website functions properly and to understand how it is used.
Some cookies are essential for basic site functions, while others help us analyse traffic and improve the user experience.
